Sometimes I hit a nice vacation and am overjoyed with new experiences and empowered with a ferocious wave of creativity. The funny thing is, I shouldn't have to leave town for that, right?
I think a lot of us today could use a brief vacation. If you can't manage to sneak out, simply a walk around the block can reset your mental energy and provide you with some much needed fresh air.
In the morning it's the regular routine...coffee, rush to work, curse at traffic, get through the day, head home, crack a cold one, and night night. Don't get me wrong, that can be productive and provide a great life for you and yours...
....but I bet you could still benefit from a quick walk around the block. Or hell- a trip to Hawaii. Either way you're bound to see something new and get some fresh air. You deserve it!

What's up? Good morning! Hope you've had your coffee, or that exclamation may be met with a slight eye roll. I like to wake up on Monday and read something to give me some wind in my sails to start the week. I sit down with coffee, the internet, and I read something to try and add any sort of positive skill to my arsenal as I tackle my week. It's that simple!
Here is what I liked this week:
